Coconut Sugar
Coconut Sugar is a natural sweetener made from coconut sap obtained from the flowers of coconut trees. This sugar is called “organic” because it is produced without the use of synthetic chemicals, pesticides, or artificial fertilizers in the process of growing and processing it.
Palm Sugar
Palm sugar is a type of natural sugar made from nira or liquid extracted from the male flower bunches of palm trees. The production process starts from cooking the nira until it is thick and produces brown sugar crystals, with crackles similar to granulated sugar.


Brown Sugar
Brown sugar is a sucrose sugar product with a distinctive brown color due to the presence of molasses. It is by tradition an unrefined or partially refined soft sugar consisting of sugar crystals with some residual molasses content (natural brown sugar), but is now often produced by the addition of molasses to refined white sugar (commercial brown sugar)
